Andrew has worked in the Health and Social Care sector for many years. Having worked for the majority of his career in adult services, the experience and knowledge that he brings makes him a welcome addition to United Care Solutions team.

Jade has worked in health and social care for over 16 years and has worked in many areas of social care, including learning disabilities, mental health, secure care and adolescence. Jade is part of the board of directors at UCS and her role is to oversee and pull together the various aspects of the company, to ensure is operating effectively to provide the best level of care possible, whilst focussing upon growth of the company.
Leanne has worked in an office environment since leaving school in 2000. Leanne joined UCS in November 2021 as Office Manager and previously worked as an HR Assistant. Leanne works closely with the managers and directors, dealing with accounts and is a key member of the team.
I have over 21 years’ experience working with Adults and Children with Learning disabilities, PMLD and Mental Health. During the last few years of my career, I have taken on a more Senior Managerial role, and I am currently Responsible Individual. My Role allows me to oversee and support services that will fundamentally have a positive impact on the children and young People we support.

Ruth joined United Care Solutions in 2023. She took a career in finance and accounting at a young age. Ruth provides support to the homes in all aspects of financial accounting. Ruth works closely with the registered managers of the homes and registered individual.
Over the course of more than twenty years, Llion has supported individuals and families across a range of care settings, developing strong skills in person-centred support, safeguarding, and building trusting relationships. Llion is committed to promoting independence, dignity and positive outcomes for all those he works with. His experience allows him to adapt to diverse needs while maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism.
Gina has dedicated over 20 years to a rewarding career in care, working with both adults and children who have additional needs. Her central purpose has always been to strive for life enhancement, promoting opportunities for every individual to live their fullest, best life. Gina takes pride in supporting and developing her staff team, ensuring they have the expertise needed to support the children effectively.
